Local Travel Information
Nashville is a very walkable city and is generally straightforward to navigate. The greater downtown area, The Gulch, and Printer's Alley are all within easy walking distance from each other and the recommended hotels.
If walking just isn't your thing, no need to fret. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are plentiful in the area, and many hotels offer car services as well.
Wedding Day Transportation
On the wedding day, prearranged first-class transportation in the form of premium charter coach buses will be available for all guests to and from the venue. The buses will pick you up at the Omni Hotel Downtown (pick-up time to be announced soon) and will drop you back off at the Omni at the conclusion of the evening. It will be each guest's responsibility to ensure they are in the meeting area on time to make the shuttle.
This prearranged transportation is optional and guests are welcome to drive or uber/lyft to and from the venue. For those who prefer to drive themselves or carpool, there is plenty of onsite parking at the venue. Cars may be left on site overnight (please drink responsibly!), so long as they are retrieved the following morning no later than 10AM local time. The venue is about a 30-minute drive south of Nashville.
Getting to Nashville
Important: for our friends & family residing in Pennsylvania:
Beginning May 7, 2025, Pennsylvanians will need a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license/photo ID card, or another form of federally-acceptable identification (such as a valid passport or military ID) to board a domestic commercial flight or enter a federal building or military installation that requires ID.
If you are planning to fly to Nashville, please ensure you pack sufficient identification to board. For more information, please visit https://www.dmv.pa.gov/realid.
Hotel Information
Important Note: Hotel reservations at the AC Hotel or the Hyatt Place using our blocked room rate must be booked no later than April 30th, 2025. After this time any remaining blocked rooms will be released back to the hotel for public booking.
Omni Nashville Hotel
The Bride and Groom, immediate family, and the wedding party will all stay at the Omni Hotel Nashville. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of key points of interest around the city, including the event locations noted on our itinerary.
In addition, this will also be where prearranged transportation to/from the wedding venue will be on the wedding day.
We do not have a 'block' at this hotel, as the details did not make sense after discussions with their events team. However, the pricing for rooms here varies via travel sites like Hotels.com or similar, so we recommend looking at what the rates are when you are ready to book.
AC Hotel Nashville Downtown
The AC Hotel Nashville Downtown is directly across the street from the Omni Hotel where the Bride + Groom and their immediate families will be staying. The Omni Hotel will also be the central location where you will access prearranged transportation to/from the wedding venue. We have a block of 10 rooms at this hotel at $309 per night for a king bed or $319 per night for two queen beds, both plus taxes/fees.
If we exceed the 10 rooms we have contracted, we intend to try and get more, however, we also will have a block of rooms at the Hyatt Place hotel a couple of blocks away.

Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown
The Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown is 2.5 blocks away from the Omni Hotel and AC Hotel. These rooms are largely studio-suite style which could be better for some guests. Rooms with a king bed are priced at $289 per night, and rooms with two queen beds are priced at $329 per night, both plus taxes/fees. We have a block of 15 rooms at this hotel.
Please note that prearranged transportation to/from the wedding venue will be accessible from the Omni Hotel, so guests staying at the Hyatt Place are expected to walk to the Omni for access. We recommend that guests who may have trouble with this added commute stay at either the Omni or AC hotels.
